  DOG FOUND in Heath, Massachusetts. I saw this on a friend of a friend's page, so I friended the person in hopes we could post this dog to find her owners! Here is the info they posted: Okay here it is : Hi, Bob and Donna Tanner in Heath have a lost dog in their care. They are wondering if anyone has heard of someone losing their pet in the last few months. This dog has been lost for some time. She looks like she could be a rotty or a pitbull. It looked like sometime in the last six months she may have had a litter of pups. She is very friendly but in rough shape. She is brown with a wide white hair around her neck like a collar and she has a white tip on her tail. Her pads are raw and she is down to skin and bones. They will be taking her to the vet for much needed medical attention. She hasn't been able to keep food or drink down for the last two days. Can you spread the word and see if we can reunite her with her owner. They said that she is so sweet and friendly that if her owner can't be found than they may end up keeping her

  Are there any other recovery services in other states? An Afghan Hound was found in NJ. Looks like she has been on the loose for quite a long time. She is now in rescue but is in poor condition. She seems to be about 4 years old , blond- self masked. Any ideas or help would be wonderful.
