  I did naturopathic ozone (prolozone) treatments. it helps but if you have torn cartridge like I did, and it half way heals, the doctor might elect no surgery like what happened to me, now I have to heal the slow way. It's strengthening but it's been healing for 16 months and still not quite there. Dr.Maddox is really good. (602) 588-4040.
