As for inside the house I have a chair that needs to be hung from the ceiling If at all possible. It is an older house so I need someone to evaluate if the support beams would be able to carry that weight. If so I'd also need it installed. Any recommendations on companies or independent workers would be much appreciated.   Hillary I am trying a new company "serviz.com". They are trying to offer "Home services on demand". They have an office in my building and gave me a code for $50 off. I booked an electrician for Wednesday afternoon and I'll let you know how it goes. If it goes well, I can have a promotional code for you too. My work "neighbor" (In UTC area) claims that their prices are really low because they are trying to launch the company and get the word out. I'll find out more about their vetting process or lack thereof. Keep you posted.
