  Hello all, we're looking for recommendations for a quality home contractor who can do an onsite walk through with us and our builder for our Open Wall Tour of the house. (Builder is Standard Pacific). We'd like to make sure everything behind the future drywall is done correctly and to code so we dont have many future surprises. It should be about an hour of time. Date/Time: Monday 9/29 at 4:30pm. We'd like to know rates if possible for the hour of time. Also, if we like the contractor, there could be some future work available as we will have an unfinished room, fencing, etc that will need to be done. Mssg me for more details. Thanks!
