  Anonymous They diagnosed the problem quickly and were able to fix it, but they didn't have the part in their van and charged me for the time it took them to go to their warehouse and come back with a part. I could have driven to Home Depot and bought the part in less time and not paid their hourly fee for them to drive (slowly) to get a part that they should have brought in the first place.
