  Plastic Specialties Inc is who we got our counter top from. They did an amazing job and very reasonably priced their number is (801) 335-5178. My cousin has a business named Wooden Things in Springville. That's where we got out cabinets. Try calling (801) 491-8555. I hope this helps.
