  is seeking recommendations for a quality plumber. His girlfriend Lisa needs to replace the water line from the city meter to her house. The old galvanized pipe sprung a leak three weeks ago to the tune of 20,000 gallons. Temporary fix in place, but there is still a small leak and the 60' of pipe is bound to spring another major leak at any time.
