  I am looking for recommendations to have a SMALL cake made, chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling and chocolate chips, fondant covered it has to be unique and special so someone with TALENT. I am reluctant with from home people making it, as in the past when I picked up ordered cakes the places looked disgusting and dirty and it made me question the food preparations, I especially don't want recommendations of someone who owns cats as they often wander on the counter tops (from litter box to counter top) a bakery would be preferred or a private person but must be professional and not just trying to make a quick buck after all it is food and it will go into our bodies. I am not just looking for a show piece but it also has to taste good
