  Check out logosauce.com or similar websites. You post a write-up of what you're looking for and multiple graphic designers submit their attempts. You rank the submissions and give feedback and answer questions, and designers can tweak and resubmit as many designs as they'd like. You then choose your favorite at the competition deadline, and they get awarded a cash prize you've put up ($200 min., most of the time). Hope this helps!
