  Help please, I need to find an accountant that (perhaps) works with nonprofits and also works on films - someone who can advise about the tax-implications of potential profit that might be made by a film that is being done as a project of a 501(c)3 nonprofit.... does anyone have a referral? I would specifically like them to take a look at the agreement we are working on regarding dividing up the income from the film into percentages - to make sure what we are doing protects/ doesn't risk the 501(c)3 status of the organization.
