Here's what I need: I have all of my postcards developed in Photoshop or one of its components, I always want the template developed not the PDF, too many instances where a developer goes under or gets too busy, tired of starting over on already designed concepts. And keep in mind I already use eLance and love it BUT would like a VA and be a little more personal. So looking for two things in a VA: extensive postcard design experience, willing to develop "templates" and not just PDF designs and someone who is great in creative/out of the box thinking. Many of the designs I havent used yet but building my inventory of designs. AND, for those who are not using print, I get it. I tend to feature my postcards oriented to leading the consumer to the our internet marketing etc and it works.
