  Newgate kennels in Wilmslow has a very good reputation http://www.newgatekennels.co.uk/ . I have used them myself but switched to boarding with a friend because I felt they were stressed in a kennel environment. I would always go for home boarding for beagles but Newgate are the John Lewis of kennels if you don't find anywhere else x

  On answering your question though Snibby I now only board small / medium breeds (with the very odd exception). If you are looking for a quality kennels my boxers that I walk stay at www.newgatekennels.co.uk wilmslow and ang highly rates them. Those dogs are her babies so I know they must be good
