What printers do you use for short run graphic novel printing? I'm looking to re-order a small quantity of two of my trades (probably only 50 - 100 copies of each) but the printer I've used previously has gone down in quality dramatically over the years. Any suggestions?

You can also google local POD or Digital offset printers. I print in PA with Keness.com. It'll all depend on how much you know about sending original printing files and the quality you're looking for for price. I'm also trying to remember this other Ka-Blam like place I've used, but the name escapes me right now. Fast and acceptable quality for the price.
Anyone have a recommendation on print-on-demand service besides ka-blam? They don't do custom sizes any more (plus their quality is spotty). I need to print a full-color 140 page 7 by 7 book- I know you were dying to know.

I was told that Keness.com might be able to do it - not sure about that particular size.
