I took off of work and showed up on time and they refused to see my child because one of the verifications wasn't met. The staff was rude and told me that different procedures required different check ins. We were emailed a verification and answered that we were going to be at the appointment. They said it wasn't there problem it was mine. They were right, I had to miss a day of work and my child still has a cavity. It is my problem but now it was cased by them. The office manager said that she didn't care if I took my business elsewhere, they had plenty of patients. After reading the reviews I see that this happens a lot there. I can't imagine that the owner knows this is happening. They wouldn't let us speak to him, hopefully one of these days he will read these reviews and open his eyes. I DON'T RECCOMEND PUTTING YOUR FAMILIES NEEDS INTO THESE PEOPLE'S HANDS. They obviously do not care. I have a narcissistic member in my family and when I spoke to the manager I felt as if I was speaking to that family member...they shared many qualities.

  Murfreesboro Pediatric Dentistry they have 360 s in the waiting room for the kids to play and bigflat screens hanging from the ceilings where they clean their teeth. Before they leave they make them whatever they want out of balloons. They r great with kids615-494-5437. Whatever dental work they have to have done they do it in office.
