  I think this was just asked a week or so ago, so you might want to look at that thread as well, but I highly recommend JenMar Creations (http://www.jenmarcreationsmn.com/). They are way cheaper than most but do an excellent job. I had them change the back of my all lace dress from a keyhole to a "V", take it in a size all over and bustle and it was only around $200.
