  Jeffrey S. wrote: Called me in Dubuque and had me do and "emergency ice dam removal" at a property he was cleaning up. I came over with a Backhoe and cleared the dam and even cleaned up the drive with the bucket. Never paid me even though I only charge $125 for this. It's been almost a year now and won't return multiple contact attempts to get him to pay. Don't use him.
