  Barbra MClain Properties is a real estate agency in the village that has rentals up and down Oceanside - most of them are very nice. We have rented from them several times. There is also another place called beachfrontonly.com that is a local property management company that we have also rented from. Everything we have rented has been on the sand. Both are on the web
