  Need another recommendation, plumber and hardwood floor refinisher Hi Everyone! Fairly new here and you all helped me out a ton with recommendations for a mechanic (I was about to post but someone beat me to it, went off a recommendation in the thread to get my car fixed) and a building inspector. I need a couple more recommendations. The house I am interested in needs some plumbing work, looks small but who knows when we open up the ceiling/floor. Any recommendations for a good plumber around? The house also has hardwood floors under the carpet, I am debating if I want to do that myself or get a pro to come in, trying to price it out first. I've seen prices elsewhere for about $2 a square foot, any one have a recommendation for a hardwood floor company that refinishes? I've researched a bunch but would love a to go off recommendations than google. Thanks everyone!!
