  Eddy, Robert Spring and few others host the Belgian Clarinet Academy. There is also Sienna, with Carbonare, etc. Most Europeans I know vie for Summer Orchestras (Verbier, Lucerne Festival, Nationaal Jeugd Orkest Nederland, and a few others) as opposed to camps/workshops. Is Oehler still doing Tuscania?

  Yes, I second the Belgian Clarinet Academy with Robert Spring! Jonathan Allan Copeland and I are both alum!
