  Lisa for myself I go to Dr for moms in nw Calgary. They have complimentary childcare. They are awesome. They have chiro, massage and reflexology! You may be able to get a massage in that way! I also take my kids there for chiro. Dr Hort is amazing with children! http://drformoms.com/
