There isn't a single appartment complex in Lee Co that has a 3bd rm opening and if someone should move out there is at minimum of 6mo waiting list.   i called into our office@Simpson & Simpson and we don't have any 3 bedroom apts. either at this time but we do have two different 3 bedroom houses on Eveton Lane which is off of Cool Springs Rd.....please call 919-774-6511 and ask for Karen or Cathy if you may be interested in the houses.....thanks
