  I recommend Jean ownerof Salon Roukoz. I watch him each week transform hair . He takes in a client just regular hair, color it beautiful , cuts kind of like Edward scissors hands and they come out beautiful bouncy hair. He is French his name is pronounced John. I don't know its prices I just watch him every week for my moms getting her hair done. He's at Imperial and your Belinda Boulevard behind El Pollo Loco. Phone number 714 9701 377

  I second Jean Rock oz at Salon Roukoz, corner of Imperial / Yorba Linda Hwy in Yorba Linda. He has been care g for my hair now for over 20 years and has clients who followed him from Brea for even longer. And as another poster commented...I get compliments on my hair all the time. It is not anything I have done, it is his cut and color. This decision is so about personal prefer3 nce. I ahave seen Jacqueline Petruzelli's work also, and she is good, also. Good luck!
