I asked here once before and did appreciate the recommendations but so far they haven't worked out. I have left two messages for for two local recommendations, and neither have called back. I did get a call back from a third one and set up an appointment with him when my husband and I could both make it, and we just spent an hour waiting for him (no show and not answering his phone). So, are there good Greenbelt builders? Is there too much work and not enough competition at the moment? We'd hoped to use someone local.
