Seriously. I know someone who was the editor of a tattoo magazine. I asked him a couple of years ago when i was deciding on my midlife crises options and he gave me a name of one of the best tattoo artists in Europe. A competition winner. He has a years waiting list though (speaks volumes for him). All I've been able to find on my phone is the name and number (can't remember the sir name). I believe he's based in east London. His names Ray and the number is 01322 559992.
