About us

I am a Northamptonshire based cake designer with a passion for creating unique and personal celebration cakes.

I love to bake and design cakes unique to each customer. I particularly enjoy doing vintage or bright/bold styles, and designing bespoke pieces along with input from my customers, to ensure they get a creation as unique as they are

I have a City and Guilds Level 2 Certificate in Patisserie and Confectionery which has taught the importance of taste as well as technique.
I have a City and Guilds Level 2 Certificate in Food Safety and Hygiene in addition to a 5 star food hygiene rating from the Foods Standards Agency.
