  I bought my first home in Sylvan Park some 23 years ago---have sold homes here since 1997. I purchased my first home on Wyoming Ave for $66 k---when everyone was telling me, as a single woman, not to move to SP since it was a "dangerous" neighborhood. WOW--how times have changed!! We have a lot of agents here who didn't get into the Sylvan Park real estate market until it began to be a financial cash cow. For a small few of us (including Christie Wilson), we were there from the very beginning. That notwithstanding, I agree with F.Clark---lots of good agents who serve Sylvan Park.
