I am typically willing to pay the prices for getting my pants hemmed, because they always do a good job, and I've had my pants ruined at other places. Getting my clothes cleaned, however, is only really worth it when I don't feel like driving out of my way, or if I have something of higher quality that I want to make sure will get done properly.
