  We used Troy@Delta Residential 919-868-6981. He was good, caught about a dozen thing that needed to be fixed per code and also safety issues. Couple of examples were bathroom vents and dryer vents, windows that had gone bad, but were covered by a recall that neither I nor the buyer or seller had to cover the costs. Basically a bunch of stuff that could have costed us big. I do wish we would have had a hvac inspection done separately.
