  Unlike Ed that had a break in, I had a pipe burst which caused a flood in my house. My entire downstairs is very wet. Thank goodness for good insurance coverage. All repair work is covered and contents will be replaced. But they won't be paying for a plumber to come in to fix the pipe that caused all the damage. Can anyone recommend a good plumber?
