  I need proof of their insurance while on boat, we were told today by transportation that there is $20,000 insurance on our vehicles we need proof of this so we can get a letter from our bank so we can ship the car. German insurance does not cover it on ship and US insurance does not cover it on ship ( I know USAA does but they screwed up royally don't want to hear anything about that sry but thank you) you need marina insurance .Who can I call or email at IAL that will get me this proof.

  Go to pcsmypov.com, am not sure where but I saw it stated that the vehicle is covered to 20K. Screen print it , scan it to the bank, that might appease them.

  I emailed Mike Todd and heard back from him...three days later. I also called, as well as emailed, the customer service department and after the fourth call I spoke to an actual person. 855-389-9499
