I have something very specific I'd like done right now (It's in my head, I just can't draw for squat lol). Preferably someone that's decent with lettering and shading. Area of town doesn't matter.   Yes! Rebel Waltz on Notre Dame is really great! They have a variety of good artists that do different styles of tattoos. You won't be disappointed. Reasonable rates. 204 832-6733. All my hubby's and my tattoos were done there. Close to 15 tats between the 2 of us.
