  Haley H. wrote: I've called this company for the past week to assist me in fixing the plumbing in my home. I have one bathroom in my house with an unusable toilet. They refuse to answer my calls or texts for the last two weeks. I have paid for a plumber OUT OF MY POCKET. my pipes have collapsed. I left multiple voicemail and texts on the main line. Two cells. And the maintenance line. My heat went out in the middle of the winter. My house was 35 degrees. My 2 year old son and I had to pay to stay in a local hotel to stay warm. I NEVER got a returned phone call. I had to pay to have my heat fixed. The lady in the office is RUDE. Cusses on the phone. Not professional AT ALL. I called on January 25th - as I was out of state for work and asked If I could pay rent online. She got my email and told me she would send the PayPal request. After calling back 3 days straight, I ended up mailing my rent check and it was delivered (per tracking at the post office) on the 3rd of February. I never received the PayPal request.. The lady gave me the wrong address. I called the property everyday to see if they received it. They kept saying 'should have!' but never actually checked. I got home on the 11th and my check was labeled returned to sender bc of the wrong address. They are charging me late fees. They made ME clean the property when we moved in. The house was infested with rats and bugs, which , they made me PAY out of MY own pocket. My kitchen walls have rat holes so big I can see the back yard through them. I HAD to put up temporary dry wall behind my dryer to cover a 3 foot hole leading directly into the yard. I do not recommend this realtor to anyone. Very unprofessional and very very irresponsible to all tenants.
