  2. I have a question about pet waste fee. It used to be $35 and now it’s $50. When was that voted on and how many member of the association were present at that meeting and voted for that change. Also, how do you prove which dog did it? We have dogs in almost every house and I don’t want to be responsible for other dog’s waste. If, I get a fine for this reason going forward, I would like to have proof such as photos, videos or a modern DNA testing that was developed specifically for this purpose.
