  My sister is an interior designer and lives nearby- her website is www.dragondesignco.com she does great work- I have seen many projects she has worked on and she is extremely talented. She recently has had success with flipping some homes, so definately has knowledge with changing structural issues as well as contractor connections. She is one of the most hardworking people that I know! Lots of luck w/your endeavor.
