  HVAC service recommendations I'm looking for someone to do routine maintenance on my HVAC system. I used Service Experts until they totally screwed up the most basic of maintenance, then tried to charge me for fixing what they screwed up; then I used ARS, but they kept putting the hard sell on me for upgrades I didn't want. I just need someone to keep the system running, do necessary maintenance, and perhaps be on call if I do have a problem. Suggestions?

  Chuck Caldwell and Sons - 919-201-9501 My friend works in HVAC so people often ask him to work on their home systems. Thing is, he's a commercial/industrial AC guy so he doesnt really specialize in residential work but he always gives out Chucks number and people are always happy with his work. I've hired him twice. He's great!
