  Dianne O. wrote: Austin Trice was recommended to us and we could not be more pleased with his service. We have an 8 year old LG washer that was totally off -cycle and we wanted to keep our LG pair together. Austin had to come back a second time with a different part (which was broken when he opened the box). He came back again with another part without complaint and would not charge for the extra time. He definitely will be on our speed dial for appliance repairs.
