  Lisa A. wrote: Found out the hard way that this company has ripped-off many many customers. They will sell you an A/C and promise a 3 year warranty, but then when the A/C fails you will not be able to get them to honor the warranty, they will not return your phone calls, won't do any of the service work they have promised. I was very impressed with them initially, and thought perhaps they were having a bad week or a someone in the company had died or something because I was so surprised that they weren't calling us back, but then found thru our neighborhood message board that many other homeowners have had the same problem with them.
