  http://www.universalappliances.com/about/ I used Universal for my dishwasher. They came in 2 days and did a good job. I've also worked with MG http://www.mgservices.ca/ and Keyesbury http://www.keyesbury.com/appliance-service-and-repair-carleton-place-ottawa.html and they are also very good and reliable.
