  Friends, I need some advice. It is looking like in the next 6-12 months we will be in the market for a new house. I need to find a Realtor, but past experience left me with a bad taste and needless to say my research will be thorough. So, it begs the question(s): How would you find a good realtor here in Central Texas? Is there a licensing board or agency I can get recommendations from? Or is it strictly word of mouth, or going through the Yellow Pages? Any ideas would be helpful.
