  HELP!!! My husband and I are TRYING to buy a house in North Bend and are having nothing but problems with the purchase! It's a manufactured home on a nice piece of land, but there are some things that need to be done before closing or the bank will not give us the loan. We are going to have to pay for the things to be done to the house that we don't even own yet! NOT something that we are happy about, but we have 2 weeks left on our temporary housing and we have NO OTHER HOUSING OPTIONS! We have 2 kids, a 5 year old girl and an 8 year old boy and are now really beginning to worry!!! Can anyone give us recommendations for... 1) A builder that could work some SERIOUS MAGIC in the next week and replace the deck or perhaps put a couple of sets of temp stairs on that an inspector would accept so that we could close? (deck isn't huge, but isn't safe) 2) An electrician. Not entirely sure what electrical work needs to be done. We just know that some relatively small wiring work is required. 3) HVAC to inspect the furnace and make any repairs required to the hot water heater and install earthquake straps. And ALL OF THIS needs to happen before 10/7/15 or we will not get this house and will essentially be homeless! We MAY be able to extend the closing date past 10/7/15, but our temp housing runs out on 10/12/15 so...we REALLY need to be in the house by 10/12/15! ANY recommendations/help/advice/information anyone can offer will be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!
