  My advice would be to build it in Wordpress and host it on Squarespace or another site. I have heard nothing good about Go Daddy, professionally speaking. You can also build a Wordpress site and host it with them, so that it's not www.wordpress.yourname, it would just be www.yourname.com for less than $30 a year.

  Hi. I just checked out Dreamhost.com and they do have a good deal. I thought $7.95 a month was a limited time only sale price. It is not. It is their regular price. They also include a free domain name. which could be Yourname.com. Lunarpages charges $14.95 a year for your domain name...unless you use theirs , which is free. Wayne
