  Phoenix Car Rental 602-904-3490 down near the airport. Much cheaper than the usual places. I've used them before. The cars are older cars, but a/c works great, tires are all good, car ran strong. Just was an older car. Also, don't know what you doing or where your going but check out Uber, it might work for you.
