PET OWNERS:
I have fleas in a residence so bad, (not my house) that literally foggers couldn't get rid of, (besides calling an exterminator) do you have any other suggestions ??? PLEASE.
Heidi B. replied:
We used a fogger with cedar oil. It's all natural and kills fleas, bed bugs, ants, all kinds of things. We even sprayed some of the oil directly on our dog. Also, vacuum every day!! It gets rid of the eggs. We originally got the fogger and oil to help help bedbugs, but have used it on fleas at a friends rental property and worked right away. It's safe for pets and humans. You have to purchase online from Cedarcide.com

Agree with Diatomaceous Earth, Food grade, you can get in gallon size container, it's a powder. You can sprinkle it and rub on your animals, sprinkle it on the carpets and perimeters of the floor. Let sit overnight if possible, then vacuum it up. Safe for humans and pets, just don't inhale the dust. I've used this before on my little dog and it actually blows the fleas apart! Cedarcide.com is also another go to. Their products are great also.
Good morning. I was wondering what everyone's experience has been with controlling fleas on a dog. We used a flea bath which worked for a couple of days. We used the drops and they basically didn't work at all. I was told that Trifexis works well but when I called the vet (Imperial Animal Hospital) they said that they no longer recommend it and have switched to Sentinel Spectrum.... which they are out of. Can anyone recommend a similar product or another vet which might be able to help?
Can anyone recommend a flea and tick treatment,we have been using frontline spot on but the past few times it has made in very unsettled and distressed.

I use this spray when I go out in the woods with my Mosby. You can even use it on yourself! Not sure if you can get it in the UK but it works! http://www.cedarcide.com/
Have anyone tried Sunlight or Dawn dish soap for fleas on dogs? The Dawn works good on cats. But our dog has a thicker fur.

Suffering flea problems too like never before. I washed with dawn, borax on the rugs and use cedarcide on the the dogs. Things are getting better but I have to stay on top of it. Everyday I check if I can see any. None today. www.cedarcide.com
Can anyone recommend a good flea product for our fur babies? (as Miss Nicole Brimmy Spess would call them) We've tried flea collars, not working the greatest. They are nasty infested but I still feel bad for them!!!!
Any recommend a good exterminator? I just need someone that can spray my yard for ticks, I've found a couple on my dogs :( don't have any insects inside the house, just need the yard done. Am I better off doing it myself?

Looking for a recommendation for a Pest Control Company that will help me get rid of our ANTS! They are coming in everywhere and we have been battling with them with natural treatments and sprays for 2 months now with no avail and they are coming in almost every room in our house. I would prefer an eco friendly company that respect that we have kids, dogs and fruit trees and has alternative options. Thanks for helping!

Can anyone recommend a good exterminator in salt lake city? we have wool eating moths. We are looking for the least toxic resolution. UGH!

Check out Cedarcide.com. They have a number you can call for specific advise. You will definitely have to dryclean EVERYTHING (or wash it if you know how to do that without felting the garment - very tricky.)
