  I booked by car online at redtag.com. Paid $11/day for a charger. Start watching for deals. As for tours, I would price them through the vendor then go online and if they were cheaper would book online. Our hotel had really good rates for things. You really need to take a day and drive to Hana. Amazing place! But will take a full day to get there and back.

  If you are going to Jamaica I would recommend runaway bay - Gran Bahia Principe or Ocho Rios - Sunset Jamaica Grande. Have you been to Jamaica? I have twice and have heard mixed things about Montego bay... try redtag.com
