  So sorry you're sick. I used a free health care clinic in Renton. They are open 9-11 am Saturdays only no appt needed Their address is at Salvation Army-Renton Rotary Food Bank, 206 South Tobin Street, Renton WA 98055. I got there about 830 and was seen by Dr. about 1015. If you need any more info call me@253-222-6150
