  Hello there! My fiance and I are currently in the process of looking at houses to purchase. However, we are going to need to move out of our current rental house by the end of February (it is being sold)...which does not give us much time to find/buy/close on a house! In the meantime, we will need to live somewhere! We ideally need to find a month to month rental. We have clean credit, great rental history, etc. However, we do have 2 dogs and 2 cats. We have been in our current rental for 2.5 years, and our pets did not cause any damage. If any of you know of any potential rental properties, that would be fantastic. We could even do a long term VRBO type of property - as long as we can have our pets. :) I really appreciate any help or advice you all can provide.
