  We've used these guys twice http://www.thresherpianomovers.com/ They're pricing seems to be pretty average, but the seems to know what they are doing compared to the other mover we used.

  We just used Thresher Piano Movers. He's here in AF. Really good guy. For ours I think it was $100 + $3 a stair. Ours totalled $124, but it was worth every penny. They even stopped to wipe each wheel on the dolly they used before entering the house.
