The 'Grand Strand' in MB is busy -amusements etc and North Myrtle Beach is quieter, more family oriented. Wolf and I have been there but only in the off season. We are thinking of going this summer too for a couple of weeks. I have been using those two sites to look.

  Paul, We normally stay at the north end in North Myrtle Beach. I don't know where you are accustomed to staying but the following links are for places our family have stayed. The two Reality companies are very reputable and will rent some properties for less than the stated week. As I said, we have used each of these places over the years and tend to go back to the same ones.
