  The receptionest is Sue, tell her I sent you. They also have some sort of an Ins that you can get, that is really reasonable, if you dont have Dental ins. I had to get that for my oldest son once when he had just graduated , before he got his job. The number there is 480-831-7775...they will give you prices over the phone too, so you know before hand.
