Please recommend a realtor and say why. We should probably add this to the wiki if it gets some answers. We're moving to your fine city ( or nearby ) soon.

Melina Tomson of [Tomson Burnham](http://tomsonburnham.com/). She helped us buy our house, was excellent to work with. Very clear description of the process every step of the way. She was particularly great for us because she was super happy to run everything possible via email as opposed to wanting to talk on the phone all the time.
Other than WordPress, what vendors are peeps using for custom real estate websites that they would recommend?

Linda I understand that some agents want a no brainer site, but there is no website, WP, or other that doesn't require some work. You have to update content regularly regardless of what you do. I have a custom Agent Image website http://www.TomsonBurnham.com/ that you can look at. I can't in good faith recommend them though to someone who lacks any kind of tech sense because they have serious SEO issues and if I had the knowledge I had now, I wouldn't have used them 5 years ago. I am on page 1 of Google with that site for Salem Oregon Homes and Salem Oregon Real Estate, but only because I had to instruct them on how to SEO my site. I use Dakno for my WP blog and honestly if they host, which they do for me, you just email them and tell them what you want and it is done. I don't have time to manage that part so they do it for me. Having a WP site doesn't have to be high tech. Ha Media, Dakno, VIrtual Results, and Laura Monroe up above all make good solid sites and can give agents as much support as they need. It makes absolutely no financial sense to pay for a website that doesn't get you any kind of results. The templated sites won't have good SEO so they are a waste of time. That's my .02 anyway. Stick with WP and hire a vendor/host that can manage it for agents that don't want to do it themselves.
